Welcome to Simply Chrisna Custom Gifts, a trading entity underwritten by Chrisna Creative Customs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and the purchase of our custom merchandise. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Custom Orders and Proofing
Because our products are made-to-order, clear communication regarding design is essential.
- Design Approval: For custom designs, we may provide a digital proof or mock-up for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully for spelling, layout, and factual errors.
- Final Consent: Once you approve a design proof, the order moves directly into production. We cannot be held liable for any errors (such as typos or incorrect dates) that were present in the approved proof.
- Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment has been received and the design has been approved for production.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
- Customer-Supplied Assets: By submitting logos, photographs, text, or any digital artwork to us for printing, you warrant that you own the copyright to the material or have obtained the necessary commercial permission to use it. You agree to indemnify and hold Chrisna Creative Customs harmless against any legal claims arising from copyright or trademark infringement related to materials you provide.
- Our Designs: Any original artwork, layouts, or designs created by Chrisna Creative Customs remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use our original designs for purposes outside of your purchase without our explicit written consent.
4. Product Variations
- Color Accuracy: Due to variations in computer monitors, mobile screens, and the physical nature of sublimation and heat transfer printing, the colors of the final physical product may differ slightly from the digital proofs. We strive for the highest quality color matching, but exact digital-to-physical replication cannot be guaranteed.
- Material Differences: We source high-quality apparel, rock slates, tumblers, and mugs. Minor variations in sizing, texture, or natural edges (in the case of rock slates) are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your accepted order is final.
- Full payment is required upfront before any custom design work or physical production begins.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if a pricing error has occurred.
6. Shipping and Returns
- Your purchase is subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Chrisna Creative Customs and Simply Chrisna Custom Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
